You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at budinoteasuppliers627@gmail.com or use our contact form. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
